What you agree to when you use IPTV Streaming Services

These terms cover everyone who requests a free trial or buys a plan here. Ordering a plan or requesting a trial means you accept them.

What a plan is

A plan is a subscription with one of four terms: 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or 24 months. Prices are in US dollars, exactly as checkout shows them. Each term includes the same channels, on-demand titles, catch-up and support, so length is the only difference.

Your login

Your sign-in details travel to whichever address you typed during checkout, so double-check it before you pay. If no message turns up, contact support.

The free trial

A free trial is 24 hours long. Each person and each device is limited to a single trial. It needs no credit card, it finishes on its own, and nothing renews or is charged afterward.

Channels, titles and names

Lineups and libraries move around as broadcasters and rights holders change their own offers. Trademarks of networks, leagues and streaming services stay with the companies that hold them. We mention them only to say what you can watch, and a mention is not a claim of partnership.

Using the service

Use the service lawfully and in line with the rules where you live. When you are unsure about something, ask support before you do it.

Changes to these terms

These terms can be revised. The dated line above the first heading tells you which version is current.

Refund policy for IPTV Streaming Services

Should our support team be unable to get the service running for you, email support@iptvstreaming.services within 7 days of the purchase date and ask for your money back in full. Mention the address on your order and which device and app you used, so we can see what has already been attempted.

After the service is up and running, simply preferring something else is not grounds for a refund. The free trial exists for that decision: spend the 24 hours, compare the lineup with your cable box, and subscribe only if it suits you.

Privacy at IPTV Streaming Services

Two kinds of information stay with us: the email you gave us, and the order details that let us deliver the subscription and look after it. The checkout provider, not this site, takes the payment. When you write to support, we hold on to the message so there is something to answer.
